Since these are online events; participants must have a computer with Internet access and a separate telephone line.
Please carefully verify that you have the minimum system configuration in order to participate in the online seminars.
After registering for your class session, directions will be provided to assist you in testing your ability to log into the system.

Access to the ASK Knowledge Center does not provide you access to the workshops hosted on the LMS system.
You must register on this system separately. You will be redirected to the ASK International LMS system.

Minimum System Requirements:

• Pentium 1.0 GHz or better
• Screen resolution: 800 x 600 or better
• Windows 2000/XP/Vista
• High Speed Internet
• Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher. Some pages may not work properly using other browsers.
• Cookies must be enabled (no cookie mongers)
• Pop-up blockers must be turned off or set to accept the registration Web site domain.
• An Internet Explorer ActiveX software plug-in is required for access to the Hewlett-Packard Virtual Room. Your network, firewall and or PC security must be set to allow this.
